Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Bites
Hello! My name is Skye and I am here to help keep you all accountable with your healthy eating with these DELICIOUS, healthy, pumpkin freaking spice latte balls. Say that 8 times!
I didn't eat dinner last night because I worked late. So I ate waffles and these. I know, not really encouraged but I am living my best life over here.
They were super easy. Literally took me less than 5 minutes!

All you will will need is:
1/2 cup of nut butter of choice (I used almond butter)
2 Tablespoons of sweetener (maple syrup or agave)
1 Tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tablespoons of canned Pumpkin
2-3 Tablespoons of Coconut flour (do not substitute with regular flour)
Add your ingredients in any order. I started with my nut butter. **You can use 1 cup of nut butter of your choice instead of 1/2 cup like I used to make more of these. All other ingredients stay the same*
This is what all the ingredients will look like after putting them together!

Now all that's left to do is to roll them into little bite sized balls! Yum.
