One Pan Shrimp Fajitas
Who else loves convenience? Is that even a question? I think everyone is always looking for the quicker route to things. That is why when it comes to eating anything, a one pan meal is the way to go. Less clean up, just as good results! I just love finding new one pan meal recipes. Now this one isn't new, it was just easy and quick because I have had quite the busy week! The weekly taco turned into a weekly fajita!
Now, I don't necessarily need to teach you how to do this, because lets get real. You just season everything and then throw it into a pan lol.
Sometimes it's great to have these quick little recipes in the back of your head for those busy days/weeks.
Simply chop up up your veggies & throw them into a bowl. Throw in your meat and then add your seasonings! I used cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and one of my favorites....smoked paprika!
Now i did chop my shrimp into halves to help give more meat.
I coated mine in seasoning! Make sure you season well or else it will not have flavor!
After seasoning, I drizzled the pan with avocado oil to help all the flavors mix a little better. I baked on 375 for about 10-15 minutes.
Here is the final product! All that is left to do is to warm your tortillas and call it a day.
