Fool Proof Salmon
Updated: Dec 4, 2019
In a perfect world, everything would be fool proof right?
To be honest, my aunt might beat me up for sharing this recipe. In a text message “You ought to not share it”. *cringing face*
How can I not share something this good! And seriously, I guarantee I can find this recipe somewhere.
So you all should feel special, I am risking my life over here to share. Maybe one day I will put it in a cook book as well? Hmmm.
So this is super easy to do and you only need a few ingredients.

Alrighty, so first thing, you will score your salmon. Score it with meat side up. After scoring, generously sprinkle Cajun seasoning on top and add a TON of chopped garlic. I used around 8-9 small cloves. Maybe 12 or more. Idk, I just do what sounds good!
Next you’ll melt 4-5 tablespoons of butter. I make sure to always use grass fed. It’s better for you.
Add in your steak sauce. You can use A1, I just used organic from Whole Foods. I did not measure this
I am so sorry. I cook like that often but I just added enough to make it half and half butter and steak sauce. To add some more smokey flavor, I added in a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
Once it is all combined, pour over salmon and bake for around 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 375.
Let me know if you decide to make this recipe! I love seeing people’s creations!
Thank you for those that join me on here & put up with my recipes that don't involve measurements. I swear that's how all the good cooks cook!
