Cookie Dough Bites

Any other cookie dough addicts out there? I don't know about you, but I am literally obsessed with anything cookie dough or cake batter. Besides the obsession, cookie dough straight is probably not the best for you so I decided to try and make some "healthy" cookie dough bites that are packed with protein and great ingredients.
Btw, these are gluten free, peanut free, + soy free. If you want them to be vegan, use carob chips!
A lot of crazy things can happen at 11 PM guys. You just get this creative sense going and make random concoctions in your kitchen.
Items I used were:
-Pure Maple Syrup
-Milk chocolate chips (or substitute carob chips)
-Salt + Cinnamon
-Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
I'll post step by step photos as usual, but main description I'll link up the recipe card for you.
After this point all of your ingredients should be together in one mix. Mix until it forms your "dough" ball + add in your chocolate chips!
Being an adult does NOT have to suck. Be a kid forever like me and make adult approved cookie dough snacks.
I'll probably still eat all the raw cookie dough because life is about balance and I eat pretty well the majority of the time so......
